Maria Roseli Candido Costa,

Graduated in Law at Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU). She has experience with emphasis on Corporate, Contractual and Construction Law with a focus on infrastructure. Master’s student in Conflict Resolution and Mediation at the Universidad Europea del Atlántico. Specialist in Tax Law at PUC-SP, in Continuing Studies in Business Law at FGV – GVLaw, in Corporate Law at IBMEC/SP and in EAD (Distance Education) management at the University of São Paulo. Continuing studies in arbitration at PUC-SP. Member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee – CBAr. Member of the Board of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law (IBDIC) and the Brazilian Institute of Conflict Management (IBGConf). Author of the articles: “The importance of Contract Management for the preparation of evidences in the arbitration” published by IOB Sage, ed. 2015; “Arbitration and the importance of competitions in the training of future lawyers”, Ed. Engenho, 2020; “The role of online conflict resolution in times of a pandemic”, Ed. Juruá, 2020; and The (im)possibility of the arbitrator performing diffuse control of constitutionality based on Law 9,307/96, Ed. Latin Quarter, 2021.

Responsible for the contractual and corporate advisory area, with emphasis on the Infrastructure sector. She works as a lawyer and arbitrator in domestic arbitrations.

Graduated in Law at Universidade Federal de Alagoas (UFAL). She is a specialist in International Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP). Course in French and Community Law at the École de Formation du Barreau in Paris – EFB/France. She has a Certificate in Private International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law held in The Hague/Holland. Legal Law Master in Contract Law at Insper São Paulo/SP. Course in Conflict Mediation by ALGI – Mediation and Latin American Training Course in Mediation in Buenos Aires/Argentina. Author of the article: “Arbitration and International Contracts” published by IOB Sage, ed. 2015. Member of the Alumni Association of the Hague Academy of International Law – AAA, of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee – CBAr and of the Group of Studies on Business Mediation – GEMEP.

Responsible for corporate strategic civil litigation, Family and Succession Law and domestic arbitration.
